This enigma of our time, Olatunde, born 30 something years ago to
the family of Obajeun in Kogi State, has become the proverbial Moses who has
stepped into the music industry to take the people to the ‘promise land’ with
his brand of music.
OLATUNDE OBAJEUN- THE BRAND
Having studied Music Production, the brand Olatunde Obajeun
whose effort to put the name of the country boldly written in the world map
musically is, though, commendable. With entrant of Olatunde who
has been able to switch to different pattern of music such as Jazz,
folk, R&B, Soul, , the ‘lost glory’ of the industry will
be restored and the stakeholders in the industry will not only share
nomenclature with the new dawn but will have their footprints in the sand of
time.
OLATUNDE OBAJEUN-THE FUTURE
What will tomorrow bring? This question sounds rhetorical but it’s
not, it requires and answer and those who can give the right answers to the
above phrase seem to be unconcerned about it. The BIZ aspect
of the SHOWBIZ has overshadowed the real thing as a lot of
this generation run into the industry for the sake of what they want to acquire
within a short time. Gone are the days Passion and Compassion for the show
business. However, the positive thinker, Olatunde Obajeun and
its formidable team are already thinking of rebranding the music industry so as
to give the generation next the hope and the future they have always desired to
have.
